Description

Dans le cadre de la présente consultation, un groupement de commandes entre la Ville et la Communauté Urbaine d'Alençon est constitué pour la passation, l'attribution, la signature et la notification des accords-cadres. Chaque accord-cadre avec un montant maximum par période est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Il est conclu pour un an reconductible 3 fois tacitement. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les sommes dues au(x) titulaire(s) seront payées dans un délai global de 30 jours à compter de la date de réception des demandes de paiement. Aucune variante libre n'est autorisée. La consultation ne comprend pas de variante obligatoire. Aucune clause de garantie financière ne sera appliquée. Aucune avance ne sera versée
