Description

L'accord-cadre avec un montant maximum par période d'exécution sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prestations comprendront la réalisation du nettoyage dans certains bâtiments de la Ville d'Alençon. Ces prestations seront à exécuter suivant une périodicité prédéfinie dans le présent CCTP ou ponctuellement à la demande de l'un des services autorisés indiqués au CCAP. Chaque accord cadre est conclu pour une première période d'exécution d'un an. Il est reconductible tacitement trois fois un an. Les délais d'exécution seront indiqués dans chaque bon de commande. En vertu de l'article L. 2113-13 du Code de la commande publique, le lot 1 est réservé à des structures d'insertion par l'activité économique ou à des structures équivalentes, lorsque plus de 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des travailleurs défavorisés.
