La présente consultation porte sur les travaux de remplacement du système de sécurité incendie (SSI) au Théâtre de Champagne à Troyes. A titre indicatif, date prévisionnelle de notification : décembre 2026 / début de la période de préparation : avril 2027 / début des travaux : juillet 2027 L’attention des candidats est attirée sur le fait que les travaux se dérouleront en site occupé par le personnel de l’établissement. Durée du marché : Le présent marché public est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu’à expiration du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement ou à la levée de la dernière réserve si la réception est assortie de telles réserves. Délai d’exécution : Le délai global d’exécution est de 22 semaines, y compris la période de préparation : - La période de préparation d’une durée de 14 semaines débutera à compter de la date prescrite par l’ordre de service de démarrage. - Le délai d'exécution des travaux de 8 semaines débutera à compter de la date prescrite par l’ordre de service de démarrage. Des dispositions environnementales sont prévues (clauses d'exécution du marché et critère de jugement des offres). Se reporter à l'article 3.8 du Règlement de la consultation. La visite du site est obligatoire et sera effectuée uniquement sur rendez-vous.-.
