Chaque lot comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au CCAP. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires (BPU/DQE). Les conditions de participation sont détaillées au RC. Les prix sont révisables mensuellement. Délai de validité des offres : 150 jours. Une retenue de garantie de 3 % du montant initial bon de commande (augmenté le cas échéant du montant des avenants) sera constituée (remplacée au gré du titulaire par une garantie à première demande). Le montant de l'avance est fixé à 20 % du montant initial (détail CCAP). Les critères et les sous-critères d'analyse des offres sont définis au RC
