Il s'agit d'une consultation global non alloti donnant lieu à un marché public de travaux ordinaire. Dans l'objectif de réaliser un diagnostic de la structure de l'hélistation implantée au CHU de La Réunion site de Saint-Pierre et d'évaluer son état général et sa conformité aux normes en vigueur, le CHU de La Réunion doit effectuer des travaux métalliques. Le présent marché aura pour objet la construction métallique en site hospitalier, en hauteur, en environnement marin, avec risques structurels avérés, nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des sites sud du CHU de La Réunion/structure HELISTATION du bâtiment central. Les travaux sont prévus en site occupé avec continuité de fonctionnement des services et bâtiments à proximité. Les spécifications et caractéristiques techniques du besoin et travaux attendus sont détaillés au CCTP. Le détail et les caractéristiques essentielles du besoin figurent aux cahiers des charges (CCAP 26-30, CCTP et annexes techniques)
