Les prestations, objets de la présente consultation, concernent des travaux de réfection de trois courts de tennis au tennis municipal du Rosaire de la commune de Sanary-sur-Mer. Le marché est décomposé en une tranche ferme et deux tranches optionnelles. La tranche optionnelle 1 (TO1) porte sur la réalisation des travaux définis dans le CCTP et relatifs à la réfection du court n°3. La tranche optionnelle 2 (TO 2) porte sur la reconstruction de la dalle du court n°2, définie au CCTP. Elle est destinée à couvrir l'hypothèse, établie par le diagnostic réalisé après dépose du revêtement, dans laquelle l'état du support du court n°2 ne permettrait pas d'atteindre les objectifs de résultat du CCTP par les seules prestations de reprise. Les candidats chiffrent obligatoirement la tranche ferme et les deux tranches optionnelles. À défaut de chiffrage de l'une d'elles, l'offre est déclarée irrégulière.
