Travaux de Protection et de Sécurisation par tous types de matériaux sur l'ensemble des sites Départementaux - 2 lots Les prestations feront l'objet d'accords cadres passés en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.21621-3 et R.21621-4 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot est un accord-cadre. Ils fixent toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Ils sont exécutés au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande avec : - pour le lot 1 : un montant minimum annuel de 100 000 euros HT et avec un montant maximum annuel de 800 000 euros HT ; - pour le lot 2 : un montant minimum annuel de 50 000 euros HT et avec un montant maximum annuel de 500 000 euros HT. Les valeurs estimées indiquées ci-dessous sont données à titre indicatif et s'entendent sur toute la durée du marché, reconductions comprises. Les présents accords-cadres prendront effet à compter de leurs dates de notification pour une durée d'un (1) an. Ils pourront être reconduits tacitement à leurs dates anniversaires, sauf décision contraire express de la personne publique, pour une durée d'un (1) an à chaque fois, sans toutefois que leur durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans.
