Il s’agit d’interventions couvrant l’ensemble des prestations de couverture-plomberie nécessaires à l’entretien et la rénovation du parc immobilier du Département du Val-de-Marne, ainsi que des villages vacances situés hors du Département. Ces interventions seront à réaliser en site libre ou en milieu occupé. Les travaux porteront notamment sur les couvertures et panneaux divers, les ouvrages supports de couvertures, les dispositifs d’évacuations des eaux à l’échelle des bâtiments (hors voiries et espaces verts), les équipements et appareils sanitaires divers, les réseaux de distribution d’eau, les canalisations diverses de plomberie et leur calorifugeage, les éléments de sécurité pour toitures en pente.
