La présente consultation est passée par Amiens Métropole pour le compte de la Centrale d'Achat d'Amiens Métropole (AMCA). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre, mono-attributaire, sans minimum, avec maximum, qui sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande par tout adhérent à l'AMCA. Le montant maximum contractuel de commande pour chaque période de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 300 000 euros HT (soit un montant maximum de 1 200 000 euros HT pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre). L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme.
