Description

L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Montant HT minimum pour la durée initiale du contrat : 10 000,00 euros H.T et montant HT maximum pour la durée initiale du contrat : 80 000,00 euros H.T L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prix sont ajustables annuellement (pour les prix sur catalogue fournisseur) et révisables annuellement (pour les prix du BPU). L'accord-cadre est attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Ils se verront attribuer les bons de commande dans les conditions suivantes : en cascade. La consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère social et environnementales détaillées au cahier des charges
