Description

La consultation concerne les travaux de mise en accessibilité du Tribunal Judiciaire de Créteil dans le cadre de l'Agenda d'Accessibilité Programmée (Ad'AP). Ces travaux portent sur la mise en conformité d'un établissement recevant du public de type W+L de 2ème catégorie accueillant 901 personnes.L'opération comprend l'aménagement du parvis d'entrée avec création de rampes PMR et passerelles métalliques, la mise en conformité des circulations intérieures et des escaliers avec pose de bandes d'éveil à la vigilance et dispositifs antidérapants, l'aménagement de sanitaires PMR sur quatre niveaux, l'installation d'un élévateur vertical, la création d'emplacements PMR dans les salles d'audience avec boucles d'induction magnétique, la mise en conformité de la passerelle entre l'ERP et l'IGH, ainsi que les travaux préalables de désamiantage sur les zones concernées. Les prestations relèvent de la catégorie 2 au sens du Code du Travail et nécessitent des qualifications spécialisées pour l'intervention en site judiciaire sensible.
