Les prestations sont divisées en 10 tranches le contenu de chaque tranche ainsi que les délais d'exécution sont détaillés au CCTP Le délai maximum d'affermissement d'une ou de plusieurs tranches optionnelles est d'un mois à compter de la date de notification de l'OS de démarrage des travaux de la tranche ferme. Le non affermissement d'une ou de plusieurs tranches optionnelles ne donnera pas lieu au versement d'une indemnité. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. En cas de recouvrement des tranches dans le temps, la durée globale minimum prévue pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations est de 25 mois. Elle n'inclut pas la période de préparation. La consultation comprend deux PSE décrites au règlement de consultation. Sous peine de rejet de l'offre le soumissionnaire chiffrera chacune des PSE
