Le site Tréfileurope s’étend sur 4 communes (Loison sous Lens, Lens, Sallaumines, Noyelles Sous Lens). Il est occupé par environ 5.6 ha de bâtiments comprenant : - Le bâtiment historique et sa toiture en écaille qui revêt un intérêt architectural et sera donc conservé- hors extension Ouest, - Le bâtiment Nord Est qui est dans un état très médiocre et sera démoli lors du présent marché, - Le bâtiment Sud plus récent, en meilleur état et qui présente une plus forte potentialité de reconversion. Le présent marché concerne les opérations de désamiantage, déconstruction et retrait des sources concentrées de pollution de plusieurs bâtiments du site Tréfileurope.
