Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réglées par un prix global forfaitaire selon les stipulations de l'acte d'engagement. Les prix sont révisables. Le montant global et forfaitaire est réputé comprendre l'ensemble des frais nécessaires à la réalisation des prestations faisant l'objet du marché. Les prix mentionnés H.T. s'entendent toutes taxes comprises hors TVA. Le contrat débute à compter de sa notification pour une durée allant jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement des travaux.
