Description

La durée d'exécution du marché est de 4 mois (hors période de préparation). Les travaux visent à procéder à la déconstruction sélective des ouvrages. Le projet consiste à procéder au curage, désamiantage, gestion du plomb et démolition totale par déconstruction sélective des ouvrages, bâtiments et équipements de la parcelle, y compris leurs infrastructures et fondations. Sont également partie intégrante du marché, les travaux de remise en état des lieux tel que décrits au présent CCTP Ce marché concerne également tous les travaux que cette prestation nécessitera, tels que la sécurisation des accès et les travaux de protection des personnes et de l'environnement. Le marché comporte une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle définies comme suit : Tranche ferme : Curage, déconstruction des bâtiments, désamiantage et gestion des revêtements contenant du plomb Tranche optionnelle n°1 : Consignation partielle des réseaux
