Description

La présente consultation concerne des travaux pour la création d'un toril conforme aux normes en vigueur. Les travaux sont exécutés pour le compte de la ville d'Istres, maître d'ouvrage. La maîtrise d'oeuvre est assurée par la la Direction Générale Adjointe aux Administrés et Techniques de la Ville d'Istres. L'enveloppe budgétaire prévisionnelle (non contractuelle) pour le présent projet s'élève à 120 000 euro(s) HT. La durée prévisionnelle des travaux est de 4 mois calendaires y compris la période de préparation. La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique du 1er avril 2019.Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Chaque lot s'exécutera par l'émission d'un ordre de service précisant le délai d'exécution des travaux (période de préparation et exécution sur site) et prescrivant le commencement d'exécution de ces derniers
