Description

Il s'agit d'un marché public ordinaire alloti, consistant à réaliser les travaux de création d'un réservoir d'eau potable sur le site du GHER. Le projet consiste donc à construire un nouveau réservoir d'eau potable sur un nouvel emplacement, et de le raccorder sur l'installation existante. Le maître d'ouvrage souhaite profiter de ces travaux pour augmenter la capacité du réservoir et améliorer les conditions d'exploitation. Les prestations seront réalisées en site occupé. Le titulaire devra par conséquent respecter le fonctionnement du site, les règles de sécurité et perturber a minima l'activité du GHER. En effet, la continuité de service aux patients et la sécurité des soins doivent être assurées. Les détails et caractéristiques des besoins sont définis aux CCAP, programme et CCTP et leurs annexes jointes au DCE
