Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est : la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Cet ouvrage en béton est prévu pour recevoir des containers maritimes dans le but de réaliser des locaux pour le club de BMX Limoges. Ce bâtiment servira de secrétariat et de salle de réunion à l'usage des adhérents du club. Le bâtiment sera réalisé par l'association de 3 containers posés sur un radier béton. La ville de Limoges par l'intermédiaire du service des sports est en charge de réaliser le radier support de ce futur bâtiment
