Description

Travaux d'aménagement de l'assise et de traitement de la végétation, ainsi que la fourniture et la pose d'équipements de confort et de sécurité sur les sentiers de randonnée d'intérêt communautaire. Les spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (C.C.T.P.) joint au dossier. Le présent marché est un accord cadre de travaux à bons de commande, couvert par l'Accord sur les marchés publics (AMP). La procédure retenue est une procédure adaptée, conformément à l'article L.2123 1 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord cadre est alloti et donnera lieu, pour chaque lot, à l'émission de bons de commande successifs, en fonction des besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de négocier avec les candidats ayant présenté une offre. La négociation pourra porter sur tout élément de l'offre, notamment le prix, la valeur technique ou les délais, sans que cette liste ne soit limitative
