Transparency notice for the construction project revitalisation of the Silbersee ponds in Ottenhain

The municipality of Kottmar has published a transparency notice for restoration works on two standing water bodies, the ponds on plot 152/6 in Oberottenhain, on Waldstrasse in Kottmar OT Ottenhain. The works include clearing 320 m2 of brush, limbing 190 m and felling 8 trees, partial desilting and removal of 320 m3 of Z0 material to farmland, building 40 m3 of new earth dam, a 160 m2 sealing layer on the waterside slope, supplying and erecting an oak pond drain structure, installing a 6 m DN200 bottom outlet, 8 m DN250 outflow ditch piping, 15 m3 backfilling, 8 m DN150 emergency spillways and stone protection of outlet areas. Nature conservation requirements such as spawning and breeding periods must be observed. The works are scheduled from 19.10.2026 to 31.01.2027. The participant circle is already fixed and applications are no longer possible.
