The municipality of Dreiheide (municipal administration, Schulstrasse 4, 04860 Dreiheide OT Suptitz, Germany) is procuring flooring work (Lot 19) for the construction of a new nursery as an extension to the existing daycare centre 'Kinderparadies' in Suptitz, Hölzchenweg 9. The scope includes preparing and priming about 250 m2 of subfloor, levelling, laying about 250 m2 of elastic CV flooring, skirting of about 210 m, one entrance dirt-trapping mat, and transition and edge profiles (Schlüter Alu-Titan). The procedure is a direct award without participation competition under VOB/A. The participant list is already fixed; applications are no longer possible. Construction is planned to start from calendar week 27 of 2026.
