This notice concerns the reconstruction of the bridge over the Žvelsa river on road No. 2222 Vėžaičiai-Mikoliškiai-Kartena at the 5.21 km mark. According to Article 86(2) of the Lithuanian Public Procurement Law, UAB 'Hidrostatyba', whose bid was declared the winning one, refused to conclude the purchase contract with the contracting authority. As a result, no contract has been awarded for this procurement.
