Hanke käsittää tilapäisen vetyvarastorakennelman rakentamisen sekä putkiyhteyden perustuksen rakentamisen varastorakennelmasta viereiseen laboratoriorakennukseen, tarjouspyynnössä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti toteutettuna, täysin valmiiksi saatettuna. Tilaajan asettamana tavoitteena on rakennustöiden käynnistäminen elo-syyskuussa 2026. Tavoitteellinen urakan valmistumisaika on viimeistään marraskuussa 2026.,
