Building services engineering planning for a new town hall with public underground car park, City of Delbrueck

The City of Delbrueck intends to build a new town hall on Himmelreichallee with around 105 workplaces and roughly 2,700 m2 of usable floor space (excluding technical areas), plus an underground car park with 80 spaces. The new building will replace and extend the existing administrative buildings. This procurement covers specialist planning services for technical building equipment (building services engineering) in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 2, service phases 1 to 9, excluding the likely non-relevant system group 7.
