Description of the subject of the contract a. Brief description of the subject of the contract: Tests of vehicle of category M3 class I, class II and class III in line with UN and UE Regulations. b. Purpose of the contract: Development and verification of a new generation of electric intercity buses using innovative technologies. c. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: The scope of the Contract includes the performance of tests, inspections, measurements, technical assessments and compliance verification activities for M3 category vehicles and their relevant configurations, comprising a total of 32 individual subtasks as specified in the table constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Request for Quotation (Detailed scope of subtasks) The Contractor shall perform the activities in accordance with the applicable requirements of the regulations and shall provide the corresponding test reports, compliance assessments, checklists and/or other technical documentation necessary to document the results of the work. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the scope shall include all activities, equipment and resources necessary to perform the relevant assessment or test and to document its results. The Ordering Party shall provide the test vehicles, vehicle documentation and technical data identified as necessary for the respective activity. Appendix No. 1 to the Request for Quotation, setting out the Detailed Scope of Subtasks, forms an integral part of the Request for Quotation. 1) Contractor’s Responsibilities The Contractor shall be responsible for: a) providing the necessary technical resources and qualified personnel required to perform the tests; b) preparing and agreeing the schedule for the tests with the Ordering Party; c) performing the tests in accordance with the scope and requirements of the applicable standards and regulations specified in the Request for Quotation and its appendices; d) preparing reports presenting the test results, findings and conclusions; e) cooperating with the Ordering Party’s team throughout the performance of the tests, including during technical arrangements and the review and assessment of the test results. 2) Ordering Party’s Responsibilities The Ordering Party shall be responsible for: a) providing the technical data and documentation necessary for the performance of the tests; b) arranging and covering the costs of transportation of the vehicles subject to testing, i.e. M3 category buses, to and from the test execution site c) receiving the test results and reviewing the final report; d) providing, in a timely manner, any information and clarifications necessary for the proper performance of the tests and examinations. 3) Cooperation and Test Execution a) Communication between the Parties shall be conducted primarily by e-mail and through online meetings. b) Compliance testing shall be carried out at the Contractor’s facilities, with all related costs included in the price of the service c) All technical data, documentation, test results and other information exchanged or generated in connection with the performance of the Contract shall be treated as confidential. d) The Ordering Party’s representatives shall have the right to monitor the performance and progress of the tests, either remotely or on-site at the Contractor’s facilities, subject to prior arrangement with the Contractor. d.
