A Ukrainian public buyer, the communal non-profit enterprise 'Mykolaiv Regional Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine Centre' of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, purchased medical rapid tests. The goods named were Accu-Chek Instant test strips, diagnostic strips for glucose and ketones in urine, a rapid urine test for trypsinogen-2 to diagnose acute pancreatitis, and a rapid cardiac marker test: a cassette for troponin I in whole blood, serum or plasma, with sensitivity and specificity of 99.9% or higher. The contract was awarded to FOP 'Polunina Olha Oleksandrivna'. The estimated value was UAH 262,378 and the award date was 2026-09-08. Delivery was to Mykolaiv.
