The municipal enterprise 'Hospital No. 2 named after V.P. Pavlusenko' of the Zhytomyr City Council procured mercury-free contact thermometers with a Celsius scale for measuring body temperature. The contract was awarded to 'Tavolha' LLC. The award date was 2026-09-08, the same day as the bid deadline. The estimated value was UAH 11,379.44. The buyer stated that the goods could not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. The contract was concluded in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and had to account for VAT where applicable. At least 75% of shelf life had to remain at delivery, which was to take place within 3 working days of the order in Zhytomyr.
