Description
Full tenant survey for 2550 tenants and 184 factored owners in 2026. Followed by one third rolling survey in years 27,28 & 29 effectively giving us full survey again but in smaller parts each year instead of once every 3 years .
Contractor should use experience to recommend how to achieve best results and how questions should be presented (such as what order).
Contractor should explain how they will aim to meet need for face to face and telephone contact with 40% response rate for full survey in 2026.
