Предмет на поръчката е извършване на ремонтни работи на покрив на обслужваща сграда, предназначена за перално помещение и склад в Дом за пълнолетни лица с физически увреждания, с. Орсоя - подмяна покривна конструкция, доставка и направа на дъсчена обшивка, доставка и полагане на покривна мушама, направа летвена обшивка за керемиди, доставка и покриване с керемиди тип „Марсилски“, обшивка около комин и улами с поцинкована ламарина, монтаж на улуци. Изпълнението на строително - ремонтните работи е съгласно количествената сметка за обекта и техническата спецификация. Фиксираните в количествената сметка строително - ремонтни работи са задължителни за изпълнение. Подробно описание на всички предвидени дейности се съдържа в приложенaтa към документацията техническа спецификация.
