Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е изпълнение на СМР за текущ ремонт на сграда - Народно читалище „Просвета“ в УПИ I в кв. 27а по плана на с. Кошов, община Иваново, област Русе. Подробно описание на обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания при изпълнение на дейностите по поръчката е изложено в техническата спецификация за горепосочения обект. Общият обем на СМР, предмет на поръчката, които следва да се извършат от изпълнителя по поръчката, е съгласно количествено-стойностна сметка (КСС), съгласно образец 3.1. на Възложителя, приложение към настоящата обществена поръчка. Изпълнителят следва да изпълнява СМР и СРР в съответствие с условията в техническата спецификация и с проектодоговора към настоящата поръчка, както и с изискванията на действащото законодателство.
