Das Spitalzentrum Biel beabsichtigt, seinen Gerätepark im Bereich bildgebender Medizintechnik standortübergreifend nach betriebswirtschaftlichen, medizinischen, technischen und regulatorischen Aspekten langfristig zu planen, zu modernisieren und zu betreiben. Die Auftraggeberin sucht hierfür einen Technologiepartner, der nicht nur einzelne Geräte liefert, sondern den gesamten Lebenszyklus der relevanten Systeme begleitet und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der klinischen Prozesse beiträgt.     Dies beinhalten die nachstehenden Punkte:     Kontinuierliche technologische Innovation und planbare Erneuerung des Geräteparks  Optimierung der Geräteausstattung je Fachbereich, Standort und Untersuchungsprofil  Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen, sicheren und qualitativ auf die Anforderungen der Auftraggeberin abgestimmten, hochwertigen Betriebs   Integration der Systeme in die bestehende IT-, Daten- und Prozesslandschaft des SZB  Beratung, Schulung und Begleitung der klinischen und technischen Organisation  Einhaltung regulatorischer, datenschutzrechtlicher und cybersicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen Es sind mehrere Finanzierungsmodelle (Flatrate-Modell, Risikosharing-Modell sowie Mietkauf) anzubieten und werden im Rahmen der Evaluation bewertet.
