Description
Il presente appalto ha per oggetto la realizzazione delle opere da Fosse di scavo e movimenti di terra, pali, opere di sostegno della fossa di scavo, ancoraggi, abbassamento della falda freatica e smaltimento acque per la Nuova officina e deposito Fart SA a Riazzino. Dopo la demolizione degli edifici esistenti verrà edificato un nuovo stabile, posizionato sull’asse nord-sud, caratterizzato da due testate che ospitano i contenuti più “domestici” mentre nella zona centrale si situano i grandi spazi dedicati all’officina e al deposito dei bus. Ad est è prevista inoltre una pensilina adibita al lavaggio e al rifornimento dei bus. Quantitativi principali (dati approssimativi, lista non esaustiva): - fossa di scavo con scarpata ca. mc. 940 - prescavo per posa palancole ca. mc. 1’200 - scavo in presenza di palancole ca. mc. 2’580 - vagliatura del materiale di scavo ca. mc. 3'400 - palancole ca. mq. 1’800
