Поставка товару здійснюється партіями відповідно до замовлення, не пізніше ніж протягом трьох робочих днів, що йдуть за днем отримання замовлення Товару, без обмежень мінімального обсягу кількості Товару в межах однієї поставки (одного замовлення) Товару. Продукція повинна бути: свіжою, чистою, здоровою та доброякісною; властивою відповідному виду, сорту та ступеню стиглості; без ознак гниття, плісняви, псування та в'янення; без значних механічних пошкоджень, тріщин та деформацій; без слідів ураження шкідниками та хворобами; без стороннього запаху та смаку; без надмірної вологості, яка може негативно впливати на якість продукції; однорідною за основними якісними та товарними характеристиками. Періодичність поставок - 2-3 рази на тиждень в залежності від потреби. Поставка продукції виконується за заявками Замовника письмової/усної або будь-яким способом (по телефону, листом або по електронній пошті), в повному обсязі, без змін кількості. Постачальник підписанням Договору запевняє, гарантує та підтверджує наступне: Товар не є походженням із Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
