Description

SiS inbjuder till anbudsgivning gällande - Upphandling av hyra av varuautomater för kyl- och frysvaror till SiS enligt nedanstående instruktioner och bifogade handlingar med diarienummer 2.2-3975-2026. Avrop kommer att genomföras i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten. Upphandlingen avser hyra av varuautomater för kyl- och frysvaror. Upphandlingen avser hyra av varuautomater inklusive fullserviceavtal. Med fullserviceavtal avses att anbudsgivaren ansvarar för service, reparationer, rengöring, påfyllnad av produkter, hantering av reklamationer, svinn och annat som krävs för att säkerställa en god driftsäkerhet och funktion. Avropsberättigande enheter är SiS samtliga trettioen (31) ungdomshem och LVM-hem. Avrop genomförs vid behov av respektive ungdomshem och LVM-hem. Behov av sortiment i varuautomaterna kan komma att skilja sig mellan SiS olika hem. Målet är att upprätta ett ramavtal med en (1) leverantör där SiS samtliga ungdomshem och LVM-hem är berättigade att avropa ifrån. Anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla ett varierat sortiment av av frysrätter och kylda rätter som kan värmas och tinas upp i mikrovågsugn eller ätas som de är. Takvolym: 15 000 000 SEK Preliminär avtalsperiod är från och med 2026-06-01 till och med 2028-05-31. Beställaren har därefter rätt, men ej skyldighet, att förlänga Avtalet med ett (1) år i taget i totalt två (2) år. Avtalsperioden kan därmed löpa som längst till och med 2030-05-31.
