Upphandlingen avser leverans av undersöknings- och analystjänster för genomförande av undersökningar inom Anbaro, som är en branschgemensam kvalitets-, attityd- och resvaneundersökning som drivs och utvecklas av branschorganisationen Svensk Kollektivtrafik på uppdrag av dess medlemmar. Anbaro används främst av branschorganisationen samt dess medlemsorganisationer. Resultaten används också av leverantörer, inom myndigheter och forskning samt av media för att analysera och redovisa olika aspekter av främst serviceresors verksamhet. Svensk Kollektivtrafik avser nu att genomföra en ny upphandling för nästa avtalsperiod. Syftet är att finna en (1) leverantör som i ett helhetsåtagande kan genomföra undersökningarna, bearbeta och redovisa resultat samt tillhandahålla resultaten till uppdragsgivaren och de deltagande organisationerna för egna analyser via adekvata rapport- och analysverktyg. Svensk Kollektivtrafik har under september månad genomfört marknadsdialoger i RFI-form rörande undersökningstjänster och systemstöd vilka ligger till grund för denna ansökningsinbjudan.
