Description

Trafikverket kommer att upphandla en leverantör som ska leverera en plattform som tillsammans med Trafikverkets beställningssystem ska vara en portal för samlade tjänster som ska kunna beställas av Trafikverkets medarbetare. Vissa produkter ska också kunna beställas av externa beställare. Tjänster som ska kunna beställas är tryck på olika medier, profilprodukter, nyhetsbrev, mallade produktioner, utskick, print-on-demand, avrop från lager, samlade (bundlade) artiklar för ett event med mera. Trafikverket kommer att upphandla en leverantör som ska leverera en portal/plattform för standardiserade och automatiserade processer. Plattformen ska integreras med Trafikverkets beställningssystem ska fungera för katalogbeställningar (EDI) samt SSO-lösning (Single Sign On) och medge olika behörigheter till olika målgrupper inom Trafikverket. Plattformen tillsammans med Trafikverkets beställningssystem ska vara en portal för samlade tjänster som ska kunna beställas av Trafikverkets medarbetare. Vissa produkter ska också kunna beställas av externa beställare. Tjänster som ska kunna beställas är tryck på olika medier, profilprodukter, digitala utskick i e-post, mallade produktioner, fysiska utskick, print-on-demand, avrop från lager, samlade (bundlade) artiklar för ett event med mera.
