Sweden - Cleaning and janitorial services - Facility cleaning framework agreement, SJ Group

SJ, the Swedish railway group, is procuring a framework agreement for facility cleaning services at its premises in Sweden. The contract mainly covers regular cleaning, but call-offs may also include deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, floor care, window cleaning and extra services such as steam cleaning, cleaning above 2 metres and disinfection. SJ may also call off related services from accepted suppliers, including bed making, laundry and linen purchase, disposable cloths, curtain and textile washing, wall-to-wall carpet washing, waste handling where no waste rooms exist, and breakfast management and catering.
