Description

Upphandlingen avser tjänster för tillsyn, skötsel och reparation av tekniska installationer i byggnader. Uppdraget omfattar driftövervakning, löpande underhåll samt avhjälpande och förebyggande åtgärder för att säkerställa funktion, driftsäkerhet och energieffektiv användning av systemen. De tekniska installationerna omfattar exempelvis värme-, ventilations-, kyl- och elsystem samt tillhörande styr- och reglerutrustning. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla erforderlig kompetens och resurser för en effektiv och kvalitetssäkrad förvaltning av installationerna. Upphandlingen kommer att resultera i två kontrakt, ett per entreprenadområde. Man kan alltså vinna ett eller båda områdena och separata kontrakt skrivs till respektive. Halmstads Fastighets AB (HFAB) är ett allmännyttigt bostadsbolag som ägs av Halmstads kommun. Bolaget äger och förvaltar cirka 11 000 hyreslägenheter samt ett stort antal lokaler i hela kommunen. HFAB:s uppdrag är att på affärsmässiga grunder utveckla och förvalta fastigheter samt bidra till en långsiktigt hållbar bostadsmarknad och samhällsutveckling.
