Description

Entreprenaden avser ombyggnation och upprustning av storkök inom fastigheten Garnet 14, Nyhemsgatan 27, Halmstad. Arbetena omfattar huvudsakligen: · Byte av befintliga golv i storkök och angränsande utrymmen. · Justering av fall, brunnar och erforderliga underarbeten. · Utbyte av storköksutrustning. · Anpassningar av el-, VVS-, ventilations- och kylinstallationer. · Byte, reparation och upprustning av kyl- och frysrum. · Utbyte av utvalda fönster till aluminiumfönster. · Utbyte av undertak till hygienundertak. Entreprenören ansvarar för projektering, samordning och verifiering av samtliga bygg-, storköks-, VVS-, ventilations-, kyl-, styr- och elinstallationer. Entreprenören ska särskilt samordna golvlutningar, golvbrunnar, storköksutrustning, installationer och infästningar före produktion. Entreprenören ansvarar för framtagande av golvlutningsplan, brandskyddsdokumentation, fuktsäkerhetsprojektering och detaljlösningar för storköksmiljö.
