Vi söker leverantörer för ett verksamhetssystem som ska stödja socialtjänst, arbetsmarknad och integration med lokal drift hos beställaren. Upphandlingen kommer att genomföras genom ett förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering. Syftet med upphandlingen är att etablera ett avtal för leverans, installation och införande av ett verksamhetssystem som uppfyller de avtalade specifikationerna och verksamhetens effektmål. Avtalet omfattar följande: Införande: Implementering av systemet i enlighet med verksamhetens behov och mål. Leverans: Säkerställande av att systemet levereras enligt överenskomna tidsramar och kvalitetskrav. Service och Support: Löpande teknisk support och underhåll för att garantera systemets funktionalitet och tillförlitlighet. Integrationer: Möjlighet att integrera systemet med befintliga och framtida IT-lösningar. Optioner: Flexibilitet att inkludera ytterligare funktioner och tjänster vid behov. Förbättringar och Vidareutveckling: Kontinuerlig utveckling och förbättring av systemet för att möta förändrade krav och förväntningar. Vi ser fram emot att samarbeta med en leverantör som kan erbjuda en helhetslösning som stödjer vår verksamhet och bidrar till att uppnå våra mål.
