Description

Upphandlingen omfattar en digital tjänst för att mäta invånares upplevelse efter kontakt med Halmstads kommuns kundtjänst. Undersökningarna ska som minimum kunna genomföras efter kontakt via kommunens vanligaste kontaktvägar: telefon, e-post, chatt och SMS. Tjänsten ska även möjliggöra uppföljning av resultat, ge medarbetare insyn i hur deras bemötande upplevs samt utgöra ett stöd för coachning och utveckling i det dagliga arbetet.
