Eslövs kommun ämnar att köpa licenser specificerade i upphandlingsdokumentet samt övriga licenser som kan komma att bli aktuella under avtalsperioden. Kommunen kommer under avtalsperioden att avropa det faktiska behovet och exakta volymer kan därför inte garanteras. Kommunen förbinder sig inte till att köpa specificerade licenser och kommande övriga licenser utan anpassning sker utifrån faktiskt behov. För Licenser som inte är specificerade förbehåller sig Kunden rätten att upphandla dessa. Observera att Kunden har separat avtal för Microsoftprodukter.
