Description

Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för Luleå kommuns Arbetsmarknads- och utbildningsförvaltningens behov av bemanningstjänster för korttidsvikariat. Upphandlingen syftar till att säkerställa tillgång till kvalificerad personal för att täcka tillfälliga vakanser inom aktuella befattningar och kompetensområden. Aktuell upphandling avser främst bemanning av behöriga och obehöriga vikarier inom fritidshem, förskola inklusive OB-omsorg, grundskola inklusive grundsärskolan, gymnasieskolan inklusive gymnasiesärskolan samt vuxenutbildning inklusive SFI. Beställaren har ett behov att vid både tillfällig och/eller planerad frånvaro ersätta ordinarie personal i beställarens verksamheter. Aktuella vikarietillsättningar avser fylla tillfälliga behov som uppstår exempelvis till följd av arbetstoppar, anställd personals sjukdom, VAB, semester, tjänstledighet samt i väntan på nyrekrytering etc. och avser korta vikariatsuppdrag som sträcker sig från som minst fyra (4) timmar upp till tre (3) månader.
