Upphandlingen avser tillhandahållande av tjänster för upphämtning av flytande koldioxid (CO₂) från Sysavs anläggning, etablering och drift av mellanlager för flytande CO₂ samt tillhörande lastning och transport från mellanlager till transportör för vidare transport till permanent lagring. Mellanlagringen utgör en central och nödvändig funktion i värdekedjan för Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS).
