Description

Målet med upphandlingen är att få 3 leverantörer (om tillräckligt många lämnar anbud) att tillhandahålla MPG med minst 90 % koncentration till Kungsängsverket under avtalstiden. Uppdraget avser att successivt tillhandahålla Mälarenergis behov av MPG. Behovet kan dock variera kraftigt. Det omedelbara behovet som Mälarenergi har är 100 ton med minst 90 % MPG koncentration för leverans i månadsskiftet mellan november/december 2026. MPG skall levereras i 20-35 ton per bil. Den leverantör som tilldelas uppdraget gällande leverans i månadsskiftet mellan november/december 2026 blir antagen per automatik som leverantör avseende tillhandahållande av MPG under avtalstiden. Beställaren kommer därutöver att teckna avtal med de två (2) anbudsgivarna som ligger närmast vinnande anbud avseende leverans i månadsskiftet mellan november/december 2026. Max tre (3) leverantörer kommer att antas. Avrop under avtalstiden sker via förnyad konkurrensutsättning.
