The contracting authority is procuring a new tram for Gothenburg, designated M35. The procurement covers a new tram vehicle for the Gothenburg tram network. Bidders who rely on the capacity of other entities must follow the procurement instructions (section 1.3.4). When submitting evidence of suitability, tenderers must choose either option 1 or option 2: option 1 is submission of a self-declaration using the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), and option 2 is submitting evidence directly in the application.
