Description

Upphandlingen avser ett tjänstekontrakt enligt vilket leverantören ska implementera och tillhandahålla ett molnbaserat verksamhetssystem för ärendehantering inom automatlarm och myndighetsärenden ("MOA-systemet") inom ramen för projekt MOA. Uppdraget omfattar dels ett inledande leveransåtagande som ska genomföras i projektform ("Införandeprojektet"), dels ett därpå följande åtagande att tillhandahålla utkontrakterad drift, support och underhåll enligt avtalade servicenivåer, med möjlighet för RSG att avropa tillkommande IT-tjänster såsom konfigurering, datamigrering, integrationer, utbildning, resursstöd och vidareutveckling ("Förvaltningsåtagandet"). Närmare förutsättningar och villkor för uppdraget kommer att framgå av anbudsunderlaget, inklusive avtalsdokument med avtalade krav, servicenivåer, införandeplan och förvaltningsplan. Beskrivning av såväl Uppdraget som det verksamhetsbehov som motiverar upphandlingen framgår av "Kontraktsföremålet" Bilaga A0 till denna Ansökningsinbjudan.
