Fakta lokalerna: Filminstitutet: Lokalen är K-märkt Byggmaterial: Platsgjuten betong Yta: ca 24 000 kvm Antal etage: 6 Antal studior: 4 Antal biografer: 3 Filmarkivet Rotebro Yta: ca 2500 kvm. Antal etage: 3 Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med två (2) entreprenören där avrop kommer att ske genom rangordning, se AFC.43. Beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att göra en separat upphandling vid avrop överstigande 500 000 SEK. Vid avrop kan Beställaren komma att utse någon av entreprenörerna som samordningsansvarig. Arbetena ska utföras enligt gällande regelverk, lagstiftning och branschspecifika regler och Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrifter. Utöver arbetsledning ska samtliga installationsarbeten överses av entreprenörens arbetsledare. Där det krävs behörigheter för att utföra arbetena ska det utföras av behörig person med giltigt certifikat. Där det krävs behörigheter för utförande av arbeten ska dessa finnas i företaget som lämnar anbudet. Uppskattad inköpsvolym: Ca 1 000 000 SEK/år. Volymen är uppskattade och baserade på uppgifter från tidigare år. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer.
