Description

Upphandlingen omfattar fastighetsunderhåll inom kategorin glasmästeritjänster för successiva beställningar och leveranser under avtalstiden. Med detta menas reparationer, felavhjälpande arbeten, underhållsarbeten, ändrings- och ombyggnationsarbeten samt konsultation. Även renovering/byte av markiser och persienner kan komma att avropas. Kommunerna (Forshaga, Grums, Hammarö och Kil) och Forshagabostäder vill tillsammans med entreprenören skapa en god affärsrelation där beställaren har förtroende för entreprenören och ett gott samarbete. Det är viktigt att arbetarna som utför uppdragen på arbetsplatsen har bra samarbetsförmåga och är kommunikativa även med befintlig verksamhet, hyresgäst och/eller tredje man. Entreprenören ska samordna, i första hand, av beställaren utsedda underentreprenörer och i andra hand egna utsedda underentreprenörer. Samordningen ska ske på så vis att projektet genomförs med god kvalitet och kort tid. Beställaren kan komma att agera samordningsansvarig, Beställaren kommer i sådana fall meddela entreprenören om detta vid beställning. Syftet är att teckna ett ramavtal med maximalt fyra (4) entreprenörer utan inbördes rangordning. Beställaren väljer entreprenör utifrån uppdrag, kompetens, tillgänglighet och pris. Om färre antal entreprenörer kvalificerar sig kommer avtal tecknas med de entreprenörer som kvalificerar sig. Uppskattat värde: ca2 500 000kr Avtalstid: 2026-10-01 - 2028-09-30, med möjlig förlängning 1+1år
