Den upphandlande myndigheten inrättar härmed ett dynamiskt inköpssystem (DIS) för successiva inköp av bemanningstjänster inom vård och omsorg. Syftet med det dynamiska inköpssystemet är att säkerställa tillgång till kvalificerad personal vid tillfälliga eller längre behov av bemanning samt att skapa flexibilitet och konkurrens vid avrop under systemets giltighetstid. Det dynamiska inköpssystemet omfattar tillhandahållande av tillfällig hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal inom följande men inte uteslutande yrkeskategorier: Legitimerade sjuksköterskor Specialistsjuksköterskor Undersköterskor Fysioterapeuter Personal kan komma att efterfrågas inom exempelvis: särskilt boende (SÄBO) hemsjukvård ordinärt boende/hemtjänst korttidsverksamhet LSS-verksamhet kommunal primärvård andra verksamheter inom vård och omsorg. Exakta krav och omfattning specificeras vid respektive avrop inom systemet. Upphandlande myndigheter och enheter som omfattas av detta DIS kan ha befintliga avtal som delvis täcker efterfrågade tjänster. Dessa avtal gäller parallellt för sig utan påverkan av detta DIS, till den tid de upphör. DISet garanterar inga volymer.
